How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the “checkout button" in your shopping cart.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What is your Shipment Method and how much does it cost?

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The cost of your shipment depends on the number of items being purchased and your shipping address.

Shipments inside the United States

1 to 4 Items: $6.00
5 Items or More: $12.50

Arrives within 2-3 business days, once shipped.

International shipments

1 to 4 Items: $24.00
5 Items or More: $60.00

Arrives within 6-10 business days, once shipped.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

When will my order be shipped?

Items that are noted as "IN STOCK" will ship within 1-3 business days. Items noted as "MADE TO ORDER", please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to ship out. Please contact Jen Rose if you need the item rushed or to make special shipping arrangements. Additional fees may apply.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your item, you may return it to Jen Rose within 14 days of receipt of the item. Item must be returned in unworn, brand new, excellent condition. You can request an exchange for a new item or receive a full refund via PayPal. Please contact Jen Rose if you have any questions or need assistance.

How do I care for my jewelry?

For polished bronze, brass, or sterling silver: simply wipe down with a soft, non abrasive polishing cloth to remove any tarnish. For oxidized sterling silver, no cleaning is needed. Once the oxidation has worn off, simply contact Jen Rose to make arrangements to have the oxidation reapplied.

Repairs

If your item needs repair, please contact Jen Rose with detail of the issue. Please provide your contact information including your email and phone number. I'll provide instructions to return your item for repair. Depending on the issue, a fee may be applied.
